With Leon Bistro, Chef Ann Leon fulfills a dream that has guided her during more than twenty years of restaurant, casino and resort experience. Leon studied at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, graduating at the head of her class and receiving the Danielle Carlisle Walker Award for outstanding work in the culinary arts.

At Leon Bistro, Ann creates distinctive dishes that express her creative take on contemporary California cuisine and showcases locally grown, organic ingredients through distinctive soups, salads, meats, sauces and fine desserts that express the best of contemporary California cuisine.
