Provencal is Chico's first and only French restaurant, offering a new take on classic French dishes with an emphasis on fresh seafood in the style of the French Riviera.

The menu changes monthly and features seasonal Rawbar items such as chilled oysters, crab, lobster, and more.

Executive Chef Gary Jones takes an innovative, “ambiguously French” approach to the menu and cuisine style. This allows him to use the base of old world dishes while incorporating some nontraditional ingredients that were not available at the time that the original recipes were created.
