Updates on Butte County Businesses Reopening

Oroville 4th of July Fireworks
Oroville Family Adventure

The Oroville Rotary Club and Oroville Airport, in conjunction with Table Mountain Aviation, invite you to celebrate the 4th of July with a spectacular fireworks show at the Oroville Airport!

This year, enjoy a social-distanced display. Everyone is encouraged to view the show from their residence, as the fireworks show will be using larger shells that can be view from a greater distance

Prior to the fireworks a couple local aerobatic flying groups may be doing some flyovers.

Fireworks will start 30 minutes after sunset.

If you plan on viewing the fireworks from a public space, please be advised of the following:

Area Locations for Drive-In Fireworks Viewing

  • Riverbend Park
  • Nelson Avenue Sports Complex

State Parks will be open during their normal hours. The North Forebay and South Forebay will be open from 8:00 am to sunset and not available for firework viewing.

The Oroville Municipal Airport property will not be available for general public use.

The Clay Pits and Rabe Road Shooting Range will be closed all day.

The Larkin Road boat ramp will only be available for cartop launching.

The Oroville Dam Spillway Boat Ramp will be open from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm with other Lake Oroville State Recreation Area boat ramps open 24/7. The fireworks will not be visible from Lake Oroville.

THE FIREWORKS SHOW WILL BE CANCELLED IN THE EVENT OF A RED FLAG WARNING.
