Owner and chef Jeff King can be found searching out the best ingredients at the Downtown Chico farmers’ market each Saturday, or connecting with iconic farms like Llano Seco to ensure the highest quality produce, meat and grains go into each dish.
Grana’s modern, industrial interior is built around a traditional Neapolitan Italian pizza oven, which is used to fire mouth-watering pizza as well as a variety of other ingredients.
Lunch is first-come, first-serve seating. Dinner is by reservation only, with seatings at 5pm and 7pm
