Gri­d­ley Muse­um is ded­i­cat­ed to col­lect­ing and pro­mot­ing inter­est in the his­tor­i­cal devel­op­ment of the city of Gri­d­ley, Butte and North­ern Sut­ter Coun­ty, Cal­i­for­nia dur­ing the 19th and 20th cen­turies into the present time.


The Muse­um build­ing was built in 1909 by H. C. Veatch to be used as the Gri­d­ley State Bank, and office spaces upstairs for den­tists, doc­tors, and attorneys.
