Cen­ten­ni­al Plaza fea­tures a con­tin­u­ous water­front prom­e­nade with over­looks of the Feath­er Riv­er at the north­ern end of Arlin Rhine Memo­r­i­al Dri­ve on the lev­ee, access stair­ways to the lev­ee. Park is one block away from His­toric Down­town Oroville. The park may be rent­ed for wed­ding or events.
