Sin of Cortez

Since 1999, Sin of Cortez has been a pop­u­lar break­fast and lunch spot with a menu that includes a vari­ety of veg­e­tar­i­an, gluten-free, and paleo options. The menu is cen­tered around tasty entrees, fresh qual­i­ty ingre­di­ents, and whim­si­cal pre­sen­ta­tions. Every­thing served at Sin of Cortez is made in-house, includ­ing the sal­sa and bread. The break­fast and lunch menus were orig­i­nal­ly cre­at­ed by chef Isabel Cruz.

The chill vibe and the ded­i­ca­tion to fresh, deli­cious food and stel­lar cof­fee is what has cre­at­ed this break­fast and lunch joint’s appeal. The Sin of Cortez con­cept is sim­ple: there should be a real­ly great place to have break­fast. By blend­ing the cre­ative and oper­a­tional forces behind the café with a ​“nev­er set­tle for sec­ond best” phi­los­o­phy, Sin of Cortez has done just that.
