The Rawbar Restaurant & Sushi

The Raw­bar serves much more than just sushi, includ­ing appe­tiz­ers, soups & sal­ads, rice bowls, and tem­pu­ra. They offer a wide range of sakes, as well as own sig­na­ture sake­ti­ni drinks, cock­tails, tra­di­tion­al teas, beers and wines. Their sushi includes tra­di­tion­al and con­tem­po­rary sashi­mi, nigiri and rolls.

The restau­rant serves both mod­ern and tra­di­tion­al sashi­mi, nigiri sushi, and maki (rolled) sushi, as well as a large selec­tion of cooked appe­tiz­ers, sal­ads, soups and sweets. The Asian Fusion style menu empha­sizes clean, pure healthy food. Pre­mi­um import­ed and domes­tic sakes, cre­ative cock­tails, and an eclec­tic beer and wine menu are fea­tured from the bar. The Raw­bar also car­ries an exten­sive hot tea selec­tion as well as home-made lemon­grass and gin­ger sodas.
