Wagon Wheel Market
Oroville Agritourism & Locally Grown

The Wagon Wheel Market is a family-owned market focused on providing high-quality gourmet products and excellent customer service. The full-service meat counter offers award-winning smoked meats, sausage, and marinated tri-tips—all produced in-house. They also carry a variety of local products including olive oil, honey, wine, BBQ sauces, jams, and gourmet dog treats.

Along with the bakery and deli, the market has become a favorite local stop to load up on delicious items for a picnic lunch as it is conveniently located on the main road leading to Lake Oroville.

Wagon Wheel Market

After running the meat department at Wagon Wheel Market for three years, Dick and Dona Butler purchased the market in 1981. They raised their 3 sons while working at the market 7 days a week, 12 hours a day. Shortly after purchasing the store, they added a cutting room and smoke house to provide the local community with superior smoked meats. For years afterwards, all of those products went on to win first place awards at the Meat Processors Convention.

In 2012, Dick and Dona retired and their sons, Pat and Tom, bought the store and took over the family business.
