Once home to renowned American artist Jackson Pollock, today, the farmhouse features a detached private cottage just steps away from the main farmhouse for more space if needed. This amazing property has country vibes yet its just few miles from markets, dining, Downtown Chico, CSU Chico, and the Sacramento River.

The Chandler Farmhouse is a two-story, 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2,200 square foot home. It features 9 beds and can sleep up to 15 people.

Two bedrooms downstairs each have queen beds and can be opened to one another. The second-story primary bedroom is large with high ceilings and features a king size bed. Attached to primary bedroom is a beautiful sunny bedroom with a twin daybed and twin pull-out trundle bed below.

The "bunk house bedroom" on the second story is very large and can sleep up to 8 people in its 4 double beds.

There is one bathroom on each floor. The upstairs bathroom is accessed through the primary bedroom.
