Chandler Farmhouse

Enjoy a one-of-a-kind expe­ri­ence for your stay at The Chan­dler Farm­house, an his­toric 1908 farm­house is locat­ed on a pic­turesque orchard. Once home to renowned Amer­i­can artist Jack­son Pol­lock, today, the farm­house fea­tures a detached pri­vate cot­tage just steps away from the main farm­house for more space if need­ed. This amaz­ing prop­er­ty has coun­try vibes yet its just few miles from mar­kets, din­ing, Down­town Chico, CSU Chico, and the Sacra­men­to River. 

Rooms & Beds

The Chan­dler Farm­house is a two-sto­ry, 5 bed­room, 2 bath­room, 2,200 square foot home. It fea­tures 9 beds and can sleep up to 15 people.

Two bed­rooms down­stairs each have queen beds and can be opened to one anoth­er. The sec­ond-sto­ry pri­ma­ry bed­room is large with high ceil­ings and fea­tures a king size bed. Attached to pri­ma­ry bed­room is a beau­ti­ful sun­ny bed­room with a twin daybed and twin pull-out trun­dle bed below. 

The ​“bunk house bed­room” on the sec­ond sto­ry is very large and can sleep up to 8 peo­ple in its 4 dou­ble beds. 

There is one bath­room on each floor. The upstairs bath­room is accessed through the pri­ma­ry bedroom.
