The Pleas­ant Val­ley Recre­ation Cen­ter is locat­ed in north­east Chico on North Avenue, just south of East Avenue adja­cent to Bid­well Junior High School. This 5,970 square foot facil­i­ty is used for a wide vari­ety of CARD’s recre­ation­al pro­gram­ming and facil­i­ty rentals.
