The Chico’s Children Museum in the heart of Downtown is the perfect attraction for families of all needs and abilities. The mission of the museum is to connect and learn through play, and when they say that, they truly mean it for everyone. There is a multi-sensory environment zone that is especially designed for children with special needs, as well as a swing that allows children in wheelchairs to safely swing. In addition to those spaces, one-third of the museum is dedicated to a miniature artistic replica of Chico, which includes a climbing tree a number of hands-on exhibits, and the other two-thirds divided into interactive rotating exhibits.
