A Brief History

Char­lotte Archer and Bon­nie Lom­bar­di start­ed Papac­i­to’s in 1989 and built the Can­ti­na in 1992. There is a lot of his­to­ry on the walls of the Can­ti­na, which remains as a trib­ute to Char­lotte, Bon­nie, and their cus­tomers. To this day, the dynam­ic duo are respect­ed through­out the community.
